FTP File Download Agreement

Any files downloaded from the Siebert FTP site are for the use of authorized parties only.  The information contained in the files, including but not limited to drawings, is proprietary in nature and may only be utilized for the current project.  The information contained herein may not be sold, reproduced, distributed, or utilized in any form on other projects without the express written consent of Siebert.  Due to the unsecured nature of these file transfers and the inability of Siebert to establish controls over the use of the files, Siebert assumes no liability for any consequences arising out of the use of the data.  It is the sole responsibility of the user to check the validity of all information contained in the files.  The user assumes all risks and liabilities resulting from the use of this data.
